XI League is a football prediction application that allows users to create accounts, predict football match results, join private leagues, compete on leaderboards, and view prediction statistics. This Privacy Policy explains how XI League collects, uses, stores, protects, and deletes user information.

1. Information We Collect

When you use XI League, we may collect the following information:

• Prediction records
• Points, rankings, and leaderboard statistics

2. How We Protect Phone Numbers and Emails

User phone numbers and email addresses are stored securely and protected using encryption or secure hashing where appropriate. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Passwords are stored in hashed form and cannot be viewed by XI League.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Verify user identity and phone numbers
• Allow users to submit football predictions
• Calculate points, rankings, and leaderboard positions
• Manage private leagues and invite codes

4. Public Information in the App

Some information may be visible to other users within XI League, especially on leaderboards and private leagues. This may include:

Your phone number, email address, and password are not displayed publicly.

5. Private Leagues

XI League allows users to create and join private leagues. When you join a private league, other members of that league may see your name, ranking, points, and prediction statistics. League owners may share invite codes with other users.

6. Notifications

XI League may send notifications about prediction deadlines, match updates, points earned, leaderboard changes, private league activity, and important app updates. Users may disable notifications from their device settings.

7. Third-Party Services

XI League may use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including services for hosting, analytics, push notifications, SMS verification, and app performance monitoring. These services only process information required to provide their functions.

8. Data Sharing

XI League does not sell user personal information. We may only share information when necessary to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or protect the rights and safety of users and the platform.

9. Data Retention

We keep user information for as long as necessary to provide XI League services, maintain account records, preserve competition history, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements.

10. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion at any time. Account deletion can be requested from within the app through:

Profile > Settings > Delete Account

Users may also request account deletion by contacting us using the email address listed below. When an account is deleted, personal account information such as name, phone number, and email address will be deleted or anonymized where possible. Historical prediction records may be anonymized to preserve leaderboard and league integrity.

11. Children's Privacy

XI League is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no online system is completely secure, and users should also protect their login credentials.
